Desi cup corn

Items required

Sweet corn kernels-1 cup
Salted butter-1 tbsp
Onion-1/4
Tomato-1/4
Coriander
Green chili-1
Lemon-1/2

Serving:1-2

Method of Preparation

1. Boil the corn with a pinch of salt until soft.You can check it with a fork.

2. Drain the corn of water and put it in a dry bowl.

3.Add butter so that it melts well while the corn is hot.

4.Add Finely chopped tomato ,onion ,coriander and green chili.

5. Squeeze the lemon juice and mix all ingredients well.

6.Your desi style corn is ready.
