The details of the the two judges (one external and the other one internal) , are given below -

Dr. Sarojini Sahoo

Sarojini Sahoo has been enlisted among 25 exceptional women of India by the Kindle magazine of Kolkata, in its March 2010 issue. A distinguished bilingual South Asian feminist writer, and an associate editor, a feature oriented English journal Indian AGE, she has been conferred with the Odisha Sahitya Academy Award 1993, the Jhankar Award, 1992, the Bhubaneswar Book Fair Award and the Prajatantra Award. She is also a columnist in different National Newspapers like The New Indian Express. In English, two novels, two anthologies of short stories and an essay collection titled ‘Sensible Sensuality’ have been published to her credit so far. Besides English, many of her novels have been translated in to Hindi, Malayalam and Bengal and published from India and Bangladesh. In Odia, there are eight shorties collections and eight novels in published form to her credit. She is also a known blogger for her ideas in feminism and has gained world wide fame. Born in a small town of Dhenkanal in Orissa, Sarojini has an MA and Ph.D degrees in Oriya literature, and a Bachelor of Law from Uthkal University . She now teaches at a Degree College in Belpahar, Jharsuguda of Orissa.

Dr. Eva Bell

Eva Bell a gynaecologist is also a freelance writer. Her short stories are published in magazines, anthologies and on the Net.

Books published are “Silver Amulet,” “When Shadows Flee,” “Halo of Deceit.” Winner of the Dubash Prize for 2008 conferred by Goethe Institute Chennai for the essay “Dancing Bulls.” Her book on “Womanism- The Adventure Of Being A Woman,” has been awarded the Rev.Lobban Indigenous Book Prize for 2012.
