Thotakura Fry

Items required

Thotakura - 2 bundles
Pasarapappu - 2 spoons
Salt - 1 spoon
Chilli powder - 1 spoon

Method of Preparation

Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and put oil on the pan and make poppu.

After that, put the leaves on pan and fry it for a while and add pasarapappu also on that and then fry it again.

Add salt and chilli powder and fry it for about 7-8 minutes.

Now your fry is ready.
