A trained Science and Maths teacher, now retired, Vimala started writing only in her late sixties. She has written many articles (Middles) for local newspaper and online magazine. Though a Chemical Engineer by qualification, writing has always remained a passion for Gitanjali. Indrani Talukdar

Indrani Talukdar has worked with publications like The Financial Express in New Delhi and The India Empire In Melbourne, Australia. She has a degree in Communications' Studies from RMIT University in Melbourne where she lived and worked for six years. Her short stories have appeared in various publications like The Sun and the Financial Express and have also been aired over the All India Radio (General Overseas' Services). Her short story, The Riot, won first prize at the Greater Dandenong Writers' Festival in Melbourne, 2003. Indrani's novel, 'When the Lamps were Lit' may be read online. The novel has received favorable reviews in the press. Indrani currently works as an independent journalist, writer and editor from her home in Dehradun.


Geetashree Chatterjee

Geetashree has done her graduation from Delhi University and is working in Petroleum & Natural Gas Sector for the past 22 years. She is fond of music reading and writing. Her stint with poetry is very recent.

Ananya Sarkar holds a Masters degree in English Literature from the University of Calcutta. She loves to read novels and short fiction, and indulge in creative writing.
