Here is a very simple and interesting (dry)chutney which I want to share.
Til (Sesame) (Half the amount of curry leaves).
salt to taste;and
Red chillie powder to taste.
Method of preparation
First of all, roast curry leaves in a pan till they become crisp and slightly brown in color. Keep them aside to cool.
Next, roast til till they become brown.
Grind both of them in mixer till it becomes a fine powder.
Add salt and chillie powder to taste.Chutney is ready.
