Little Tara wanted her grandmother's help to learn about animals.
"Grandma, can you please teach me about some animals?"
Grandma who was resting on her arm chair with a book, smiled at Tara fondly.
"Sure, baby. Tell me what is that you want to know?"
Tara was happy and sat next to her grandma with a notebook, to write them down.
Then she asked.
"Do you know what is a group of birds called, grandma?"
"A group of birds is called a flock, "replied grandma.
Tara thought for a moment and asked her another question.
"What is a group of swans swims on the lake called?"
Grandma smiled and said, "A group of swans is called a "parade." We can say - I saw a parade of swans swimming on the lake."
Grandma decided to add to her grand daughter's knowledge.
"Do you know what is a group of geese called?"
Tara shrugged her shoulders.
"A group of geese is called - A "gaggle" of geese," replied grandma.
"Do you know what is a group of crows called? A "murder" of crows.
A group of vultures is called - A kettle of vultures.
Tara had another question.
"What is a group of kittens called, grandma?"
Her grandma replied "A group of kittens is called litter or kindle."
"Do you know what is a group of puppies called?" asked Grandma.
"A litter of puppies," said Tara with excitement.
"Yes, baby. You're right."
Tara was very happy and gave her grandmother a tight hug, "Thank you grandma, I love you a lot."
