Cashew Powder - 3 TBSP
Onion Powder - 2 TBSp
Milk Powder - 2 TBSP
Garam Masala - 1/2 TBSP
Sugar - 1 TSP
garlic powder - 1/2 TSP
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 TSP
Fresh Cream - 2 TBSP
Milk - 1 1/2 Cup Milk
Fresh Peas - 1 Cup
Kasturi Methi - 2 TBSP
Salt - As per Taste
Butter - 2 TBSP (Increase as per choice)


To prepare the gravy mixture , add the following ingredients to a bowl and mix and stir them properly.

• Add the following -

Kajju Powder
white onion powder
milk powder
garlic powder
1 tsp sugar
half tbsp garam masala
half tsp Black pepper powder
Salt according to taste
2 tbsp Kasuri Methi

• Mix them properly , then slowly add milk to the mixture , don’t be in rush while adding milk to the mixture . add it at slow and consistant speed to avoid formation of lumps

• Now for the main part of the dish , heat a pan on medium-high heat equally.

• Then add half tbsp of oil to the pan, then add 2 tbsp of butter and melt it (oil is added so that the butter doesn’t burn).

• Add fresh Green peas to the oil and butter mixture and let it cook for 5-6 minutes.

• Add the GRAVY MIXTURE (made earlier) to the pan.

• Increase the heat and stir continously to thicken the gravy.

• After few minutes your Methi Mattar Malai is ready to serve!
