(Bangalore, India)

Multigrain dosa is made from a combination of multiple grains. It is healthy, tasty and good for people who need to reduce weight and as well as for people who are required to reduce the consumption of rice.

How to make multigrain dosa

Take Millet, ragi, wheat, jowar, and green gram dal in equal quantities. (i.eg. 10 grams of each). Pound them in the mixie and make the flour.

Add half cup of cooked rice to the flour and add required amount of water and grind well.

Add salt as required and mix well. Close the batter and keep it for 5-10 minutes.

Make dosas as usual on a non-stick pan or dosa pan. Cover it for a minute and flip it. To enhance the taste, you can also smear a bit of ghee, which is optional.

Enjoy your healthy dosa with your favorite chutney for breakfast or dinner.
