A Twinkle in the Wrinkle

by Shruti S. Ramjee
(Chennai, India)

Sixty odd years, more than half of it as man and wife...
Decades of trying to understand what is Life...
From then to now, many an experience to share...
A great family, nurtured with love and care...

Oh – How time flies... nostalgia stealing a smile...
Growing up through life’s changes, treading every mile...
The wisdom of age blending with the pace of youth...
Family bringing happiness – The Ultimate Truth…...

As time gifts wonderful milestones to cherish...
A lifetime of memories, for generations to flourish...
The life lived and its experience - a valuable treasure...
Living content in one’s own family – life’s greatest pleasure...

(This poem I dedicate to my parents and parents-in-law, who are really the most amazing persons in my family)

Thank You.

You inspire me. We do owe our debts of gratitude our parents for their self-less devotion. What a noble way to do so! Thank You.
