Healthy Mixed Chutney

Items required
Curry leaves - 3 table spoons
Coriander leaves - 3 table spoons
Mint leaves - 3 table spoons
Onions chopped - 3 table spoons
Green chilly - 3 Nos
Cinnamom - 1 piece (1/2 teaspoon powder)
Jeera - 1 teaspoon
Fenugreek - 1 teaspoon
Tomato chopped - 2 table spoons
Ground nuts - 1 table spoon
Gooseburry pieces - 1/2 table spoon
Flax seeds - 2 table spoons
Anise seeds - 1 teaspoon
Pepper - 1/2 teaspoons
Carrot pieces - 1 table spoon
Coconut (optional) - 1 tablespoon
Garlics(optional) - 1 pod
Ginger chopped - 1/2 tablespoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Method of preparation 1. On a tava, add the oil. Saute all the above ingredients (except salt) for 2-3 minutes.
2. When cooled, add table salt and grind the items in the mixie grinder.
3. No need to add water, but if necessary, add 1/2 tablespoon and grind.
This chutney is very healthy and tasty with dosa, idli, chappathi, bread, and even with rice. It can also be preserved in the fridge for 3-4 days, without losing its taste.
