Okra Pachadi Recipe

Okra Pachadi is a very yummy side dish. It can be used with rice and chapathis. It is very easy to prepare and very less time is taken.

Items needed

Okra (lady's finger) - 250 g
Green chillies - 3 Nos
Coconut - 1/2cup
Curds - 1 1/2 cup
Red chillies - 2
Fenugreek - a pinch
Mustard - 1/2 tsp.
Curry leaves,
salt

Method of preparation

- Cut the okras into small thin round pieces.

- Cut the green chillies also into round pieces.

- Add a little oil and fry both these together till brown.

- Grind coconut, one red chilli and mustard together. Add curds into it.

- Add the fried okra and green chillies into it.

- Season it with mustard seeds, fenugreek, and one red chilli and curry leaves.

- Cover and keep it for a few minutes before use.
