We would add gallons of happiness
Big Scoops of laughter
Sprinkle it with surprises
Love would be in the largest measure
Grief, loss and everything sad
Would be avoided
‘cause it would make our meal bitter
As you and I know,
Life does not have a recipe
And yet we decide
How we want
It to taste!
